Step 1: Open Your Snapchat App
Whatever device you are using, open your Snapchat app on that device to get started. When you get into the app, click on the Bitmoji icon on your app, which should be in the top left corner.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Now you will enter your profile, and you have to select the settings options. When you open Settings, you have to find the Support Section and click on the I Need Help option.
Step 3: Go to Contact Us
After clicking on the I Need Help option, you will find a new page where you have to find the Contact Us option and click on it.
Now you have to look for the category you need to pick and click on it.
Step 4: Looking for Solutions
When you select your category, you will find a possible issues and solution list. Try them solutions. If they don’t work, leave a message.
Step 5: Messaging Snapchat
To leave your message, go down to the page bottom, and click on Yes to the question Need help with something else?
Contacting from the Web
If you can’t access your app, you can go to the Snapchat Support website and select your category and look for the solutions.
And if those solutions don’t work, you can again leave a message by clicking on Yes to the question Need help with something else?

If you have a Twitter account, you can easily reach out to Snapchat’s Twitter support page or leave a message on Twitter. They reply the fastest on Twitter.
